Plant Based Supplements with a Gut Health Focused Approach

Before Plexus was introduced to me, I had always considered myself to be healthy and fit. I worked out regularly and ate with discipline. However, I was tired ALL THE TIME. I had trouble staying asleep at night and would wake up feeling exhausted. There wasn't a time of day when a nap didn't sound heavenly. Sometimes in the afternoons, I couldn't keep my eyes open. It was tortuous especially because I had to take care of my rambunctious boys! I also hit a fitness plateau. I was unmotivated and felt like my efforts at the gym were for nothing. I was constantly hungry and felt deprived when I had to pass on sugar snacks.
Thank goodness that has all changed with Plexus. The energy I feel throughout the day is amazing. It is sustained and not jittery or synthetic (like when you have had too much coffee or sugar). I fall asleep quickly, stay restful throughout the night, and wake up refreshed. My time at the gym is efficient, and even fun if you can believe that! I have lost body fat and inches around my waist, hips and thighs while increasing muscle definition. Women Supporting Women through Dance

One of my favorite ways to stay active is through dance. I have trained in dance most of my life and absolutely love performing and learning new styles. Dancing has always been something that I do just for me.
Currently, I am involved within the leadership of a womens' empowerment group called Hundreds Unit. We open sessions of rehearsals and workouts to give EVERY woman a platform to dance on a professional level at major events all throughout California. It is an organization that I am extremely proud to be part of and have been involved with the Unit since its beginning in January 2017. We have performed at NBA games, kicked off NFL tailgate parties, performed at huge musical concert events, and so much more. While the focus is on health and fitness, we also strive to create a supportive sisterhood and build relationships that we normally would not have. Many of these woman come in with low self-esteem, unhealthy habits, and no direction. Yet they leave with the preparation and confidence, to dance in front of thousands.
